I think insystems & seein color.

Creative by birth, operator by training. I find the work nobody owns, build the system that replaces it · and make the whole thing look good. Most operators can map the problem. I can build the fix.

Before the dashboards, I was producing shoots and directing music videos. I see the finished thing before it exists · the campaign, the product name, the look.

Operator's discipline

experience across luxury, big-box, and DTC taught me to think in systems I can actually build · intake, automation, reporting, rollout across thousands of stores.

Most ops people can't ship the creative. Most creatives don't get the business. I do both · so what I make gets used, not shelved.

01 · SPANX

Everyone knows SPANX red. I built the systems behind it.

Hired on a wholesale contract · I stayed to rebuild whatever was broken: intake, reporting, promos, and the customer-facing creative.

BuildThe flagship system

The Return Authorization rebuild.

A Google Form, a spreadsheet, and endless email · replaced by one system I built solo: self-serve rep portal, automated intake, a single source of record, bulk FedEx labels. Nine manual steps became six; three now run themselves. Four teams across seven showrooms depend on it.

Automation · Agentic AI

Two manual reports, now automated

Rebuilt two hand-built reports as agentic AI pipelines. Hours of repeat work, gone.

Scattered product knowledge, turned into one on-brand learning experience.

The role

Hired to sell · stayed to rebuild

Came on a wholesale contract; ended up rebuilding whatever was broken: intake, reporting, promos, enablement.

02 · THE HOME DEPOT

Orange-blooded execution across 2, 000+ stores.

The engine room · turning two merchants' strategy into action across 2, 000+ stores and owning the reporting behind it. And I didn't just launch products, I shaped them: I helped name the 3M 3-in-1 Sanding Sponge, managed the national SharpLines → ProSharp transition, and pushed for the medium Pop N Go glove.

03 · Creative & Culture

Same instincts, pointed at culture.

Before the spreadsheets, cross-functional execution started on set · producing shoots, directing music videos, running full PR campaigns, and turning an artist's world into brand and merch.

One creative story

Right hand to a major recording artist, and a creative consultant for entertainment clients. I book and scout shoots, creative-direct music videos, build the decks, run the PR, and ship the social-first brand deliverables · turning a concept into a shoot, an edit, and a rollout. The same operator's instinct, pointed at culture.

An album rollout, end to end

For a recording artist's EP release I owned the rollout · the creative direction, the go-to-market marketing plan, and the physical PR packages that shipped to press: vinyl, custom inserts, and branded merch, boxed and sent.

07About

Operator's instincts, builder's hands.

I sit in a rare overlap: people who understand the business, and people who can build the systems behind it. Most ops folks can't ship the automation; most builders don't get the business. I do both · so what I make gets used, not shelved.

A University of Georgia Fashion Merchandising grad with experience across luxury, big-box, DTC, and specialty retail. Everywhere, the same throughline: make the work simpler for the people doing it.

What I bring to the table
01

Consumer intuition

Years spent close to the customer taught me to notice what creates interest, hesitation, trust, and ultimately a decision.

02

Creative judgment

I care about whether something feels right, not only whether it technically works · from brand expression to the final deliverable.

03

Operational thinking

I see the gaps between people, process, and tools quickly · then turn ambiguity into something a team can actually run.

04

Builder mentality

I don't like stopping at the recommendation. I build the workflow, deck, automation, system, or experience that moves the idea into use.

Two truths and a lie. One of these isn't true · tap the one you think is the lie.

08Work with me

Fix the process everyone works around.

For teams that know a workflow is broken but don't have the bandwidth · or technical resources · to rebuild it. I find the manual bottleneck, redesign the process, and build the tool behind the new way of working, often with no new software spend.

01

Process redesign

Map the workflow, remove unnecessary steps, clarify ownership, and create a reliable system of record.

02

Automation builds

Turn repetitive work into documented, maintainable workflows using tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, Python, and AI.

03

Enablement & reporting

Build the training, reporting, and handoff your team needs so the new process actually gets adopted.
